These behavioral signs are placed at a courtyard, located at Derkswater, Ypenburg, The Hague, the Netherlands. In this garden there are two types of housing situated; private individuals owning an own house and tenants of social housing owned by the municipality. The communication between the two groups sometimes was a bit difficult. By asking the children in this courtyard to think about what they want and how they want to live they came up with ideas which are transformed by Studio Barbara Vos into this colorful caterpillar, made of durable enamel. The children did not want mesh and arguing. They do want to play together nicely and be sweet to each other.
